Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd share price softened by 4.22% to Rs 308.3. The Company's net profit soared by 20.24% to Rs 6.89 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 8.92% to Rs 11.23 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd stood at Rs 8.69 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 63.96% year-on-year, and rising by 12.71% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 5 crore, slipping 1.32% YoY and tumbling by 15.76% sequentially.
Total expenses surged 25.75% to Rs 4.59 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.49 crore, soaring by 276.92% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.36 crore, improving by 7.94% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 1.13% to Rs 40.16 crore, while net profit eased 7.02% to Rs 16.81 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 2312% to Rs 21.04 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 3.93% to Rs 22.51 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 22.56 crore in FY26, as against Rs 25.25 crore in FY25.
Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd crashed 13.64% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 11.78% during the same period.
