Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Board of Directors approved a revised list of Senior Management Personnel on October 30, 2026, including Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Agarwa l as Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Monika Saraswat as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Monojit Mukherjee as Business President, Carbon Black Division, Mr. Somesh Satnalika as Executive Vice President, Tyre and Strategy, Dr. Soumen Chakraborty as Business President, Treated Black Division, and Mr. Soumyodeep Bhattacharya as Business President, CTD & SNF, following an organisational restructuring.
