Prataap Snacks Limited appoints Jitendra Nayyar and Sumit Sharma to its board

Prataap Snacks Limited announced the appointment of Jitendra Nayyar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Sumit Sharma as an Additional Executive Director, both for terms of three consecutive years starting October 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Nayyar, a Chartered Accountant with experience at Oister Global, Acko General Insurance, and Aviva Life Insurance India, among others, will serve as an independent director, while Sharma, currently the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will serve as an Executive Director.
