Star Health seeks approval from Indian exchanges to reclassify promoter group members

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited has submitted an application to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 30, 2026, seeking approval for the reclassification of members of the Promoter group from the “Promoter/Promoter group” category to the “Public” category, as previously indicated in notifications dated September 30, 2026, and October 27, 2026.
