Premier ARC receives RBI approval for Satyendra Kumar Singh as Nominee Director

Premier ARC Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited announced that it has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India on October 30, 2026, for the appointment of Satyendra Kumar Singh (DIN: 10192181) as a Non-Executive - Nominee Director, for a term not exceeding five years, subject to shareholder approval. Singh, currently serving as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at State Bank of India, was initially approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 01, 2026.
