Aeroflex Neu Limited, formerly known as Sah Polymers Limited, disclosed a variation in the utilization of Rs 6,480 Lakhs raised through the allotment of convertible warrants on a preferential basis on July 25, 2025, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 30, 2026. The deviation, approved by shareholders on August 25, 2026, allows the company to expand the scope of its investments to include data centers, hotels, resorts, and other hospitality-related businesses, in addition to Plug and Play Office Complexes, AI Parks, IT Parks, residential and industrial complexes. The Audit Committee reviewed and noted the variation, and the company has utilized Rs 795.50 Lakhs of the funds raised up to September 30, 2026.
