WEAGRO LIMITED establishes Singapore subsidiary, WEAGRO PTE LTD, with SGD 100,000 investment

WEAGRO LIMITED, formerly Tejassvi Aaharam Limited, announced that its board approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, WEAGRO PTE LTD, in Singapore to explore business opportunities in the Singapore market, with an initial investment of up to SGD 100,000. The company also plans to set up a branch office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to regulatory approvals, and will shift the maintenance of its books of accounts to its registered office in Chennai.
