Sammaan Capital shares allotted to Avenir Investment, boosting promoter stake to 33.32%

Sammaan Capital Limited announced the allotment of 8,68,92,966 fully paid-up equity shares to Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, its promoter, following the conversion of warrants. The allotment, at an issue price of Rs 139 per share, involved a payment of Rs 905,85,91,705.50 and increased the promoter’s stake in the company from 28.34% to 33.32%. The company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 2,49,88,92,046.71.
