SJ Corporation’s Fishfa Rubbers invests up to INR 75.56 crore in Singapore’s Travia Consultancy

SJ Corporation Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Fishfa Rubbers Limited, approved an investment of up to INR 75,55,88,885 in Travia Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based private company, by way of subscription to ordinary shares, compulsorily convertible preference shares, and/or other convertible instruments. The investment is equivalent to approximately SGD 10,05,000 at an exchange rate of SGD 1 = INR 75.18, and is substantially on the terms of a term sheet executed between SJ Corporation Limited, Travia, and its promoters.
