Max Healthcare Institute Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 16,803 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under the Max Healthcare Institute Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 973,32,70,540 from Rs 973,31,02,510.
