BIL Vyapar Limited, formerly known as Binani Industries Limited, announced that the 21st meeting of its Committee of Creditors, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026, has been postponed and will now be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
