ICICI Bank allotted equity shares under its Employees Stock Option Scheme on October 30, 2026

ICICI Bank announced the allotment of 109,039 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each on October 30, 2026, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme- 2000, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors at 9.47 a.m., acting on authority delegated by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on October 21, 2023.
