Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd share price dropped 5.12% to Rs 3297.1. The Company's net profit soared by 41.88% to Rs 117.53 crore, while revenue from operations gained 14.14% to Rs 760.45 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd stood at Rs 158.55 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 26.77% year-on-year, and expanding by 39.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 187 crore, rising 2.83% YoY and jumping 36.48% sequentially.
Total expenses posted a minor rise of 8.42% to Rs 597.71 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 421.48 crore, inching up 6.20% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 29.81 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 0.33% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 22.01% to Rs 2563.69 crore, while net profit surged by 71.43% to Rs 316.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 44391% to Rs 626.98 crore, and PBT surged 72.76% to Rs 439.7 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 550.09 crore in FY26, as against Rs 281.11 crore in FY25.
Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd soared by 15.28% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 12.76% during the same period.
