Noel Tata to step down as Trent Limited Chairman, succeeded by Bahram Vakil

Trent Limited announced that Noel N. Tata will retire from the office of Chairman and Director, effective November 11, 2026, and has been appointed Chairman Emeritus, effective November 12, 2026. The company also appointed Bahram Vakil as Chairman, effective November 12, 2026, and Rajiv Dube as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), effective October 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, while Kalpana Merchant was appointed as an Additional Director and Independent Director for a three-year term, also subject to shareholder approval.
