Naturo Agrotech appoints Jahnavi Malhotra as Company Secretary, effective October 29, 2026

Naturo Agrotech India Limited, formerly Naturo Indibull Limited, announced the appointment of Jahnavi Malhotra as Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance Officer, effective October 29, 2026, following a board meeting held on the same date. Malhotra, a qualified Company Secretary with membership no. ACS 81850, was appointed under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and regulations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
