Manaksia Coated Metals seeks to open a qualified institutions placement of equity shares

Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited announced that its board of directors approved the opening of a qualified institutions placement of equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, setting a floor price of Rs 127.01 per share in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations, and will file a preliminary placement document with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 29, 2026.
