Ind-Swift Laboratories confirms no deviation in utilisation of Rs 34.30 crore preferential issue funds

Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that there was no deviation or variation in the utilisation of funds raised through a preferential issue of 70,00,000 fully convertible warrants allotted on September 17, 2026. The company raised Rs 34.30 crore out of a total issue size of Rs 137.20 crore, and CARE Ratings Limited is the monitoring agency for the funds.
