Raymond Realty Limited allotted equity shares to employees under its 2025 stock option plan

Raymond Realty Limited announced the allotment of 1,04,211 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each to eligible employees under the Raymond Realty Employees Stock Option Plan 2025, following a circular resolution passed by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on October 29, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs.66,57,37,310 consisting of 6,65,73,731 equity shares to Rs.66,67,79,420 consisting of 6,66,77,942 equity shares.
