Systematic Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a draft Limited Review Report from the statutory auditor, while the trading window for company securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial Results.
