Shaily Engineering Plastics allotted shares, raising Rs 9.51 million through employee stock options

Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited announced the allotment of 1,300 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Shaily Employee Stock Option Plan 2019. The company's issued and paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 9,19,90,496 divided into 4,59,95,248 shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 9,19,93,096 divided into 4,59,96,548 shares of Rs 2 each. The exercise price per share was Rs 732, and the company realized Rs 9,51,600 from the allotment.
