Borosil Limited’s committee approved stock options for employees at a 20% discount

Borosil Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 7,23,200 stock options under the “Borosil Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020” to eligible employees, with options granted at Rs 192.8 per option, representing a 20% discount on the market price, and each option entitling the holder to one equity share of Re. 1/- each.
