Sundaram Clayton Limited will convene a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to approve the unaudited (limited reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for the company’s scrips will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to November 6, 2026.
