Aamanya AG to acquire 59.32% stake from Adimans Technologies LLP in Dishman Carbogen Amcis

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited announced that Aamanya AG and Adimans Technologies LLP, both members of the company’s promoter and promoter group, have entered into a share purchase agreement for the transfer of shares. Under the agreement dated October 28, 2026, Adimans Technologies LLP will sell its entire shareholding of 9,30,02,442 equity shares, representing 59.32% of the total paid-up share capital, to Aamanya AG. The transaction, an inter-se transfer among promoter group members, is exempt from an open offer under SEBI regulations, and will not result in a change in the overall promoter group shareholding or impact the company’s management or control.
