Cranex Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, 5th November, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, along with a limited review report from auditors. The trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
