Restaurant Brands Asia Limited allotted shares under its employee stock option scheme

Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, formerly known as Burger King India Limited, announced the allotment of 9,259 equity shares under the BK Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015, according to a regulatory filing on October 29, 2026. The allotment, approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, increases the issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,12,21,83,290 to Rs 7,12,22,75,880.
