Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd share price ticked higher by 3.03% to Rs 868.9. The Company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 29.29% to Rs 4.2 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 2.84% to Rs 19.53 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Hotels & Resorts industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.61 lakh crore, slipping 5.81%. It has marginally improved by 1.12% over last one week and moved up slightly by 2.45% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd has slipped by 0.12% and 5.51% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd stood at Rs 5.98 crore in Q3 FY26, declining 0.83% year-on-year, and plunging by 23.23% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, declining 1.83% YoY and gaining 7.09% sequentially.
Total expenses posted a minor rise of 1.09% to Rs 13.88 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.84 crore, inching up 1.05% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 5.98% to Rs 81.35 crore, while net profit improved by 14.45% to Rs 19.4 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 2349% to Rs 27.71 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 12.91% to Rs 25.98 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 4.8 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4.41 crore in FY25.
Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd jumped 10.44% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.45% during the same period.
