ACME Solar Holdings Ltd share price softened by 1.50% to Rs 410.85. The Company's net profit improved by 14.16% to Rs 268.66 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 3.44% to Rs 887.01 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of ACME Solar Holdings Ltd stood at Rs 356.01 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 127.95% year-on-year, and rising 7.41% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 633 crore, expanding by 137.59% YoY and slipping 0.72% sequentially.
Total expenses went up by 10.01% to Rs 305.86 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 17.83 crore, inching up 0.45% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 43.97% to Rs 2022.96 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 98.50% to Rs 497.89 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 124491% to Rs 1297.63 crore, and PBT soared 100.22% to Rs 676.82 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1248.59 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1543.02 crore in FY25.
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd jumped 45.74% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 13.45% during the same period.
