Aeroflex Industries Ltd share price gained 2.17% to Rs 491.65 after the company's net profit jumped 94.57% to Rs 36.56 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 42.63% to Rs 207.36 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Aeroflex Industries Ltd stood at Rs 49.61 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 151.57% year-on-year, and expanding by 91.62% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 50 crore, rallying 94.63% YoY and jumping 52.08% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 31.52% to Rs 157.47 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 114.42 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 35.84% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 18.03 crore, soaring 29.34% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 17.47% to Rs 441.94 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 5.75% to Rs 55.53 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 9032% to Rs 98.38 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 5.90% to Rs 74.08 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 65.84 crore in FY26, as against Rs 26.58 crore in FY25.
Aeroflex Industries Ltd rallied 166.84% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 13.45% during the same period.
