Embassy Developments Limited, formerly Equinox India Developments Limited, has executed a share purchase agreement with CP Senior Housing (India) LLC to acquire the remaining 50% equity stake in Embassy Columbia Pacific ASL Private Limited for Indian Rupees 32.65 crore. The acquisition of 1,12,44,599 equity shares, representing the stake held by CP Senior, will make Embassy Columbia a wholly-owned subsidiary and terminate the existing joint venture, with the transaction expected to close within the current quarter ending December 31, 2026. Embassy Columbia owns a senior living residential project, Embassy Serene Amara, in Bengaluru, and reported a turnover of approximately 41.87 crore in fiscal year 2025-26.
