R S Software appoints fintech entrepreneur Bo Mikael Langseth Nilsson as director

R S Software (India) Ltd. announced the appointment of Bo Mikael Langseth Nilsson as an additional and non-executive director, effective October 28, 2026. Nilsson, whose Director Identification Number is 12003184, will hold office until the approval of shareholders at the next general meeting or within three months, whichever is earlier. He is a fintech entrepreneur and advisor, most recently the CEO & Founder of November First, which was acquired by Visma in August 2024.
