eClerx Services acquires 2% stake in Personiv Eclipse Inc. for US$1.64 million

eClerx Services Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of approximately 2% equity shareholding in Personiv Eclipse Inc., USA, a step-down subsidiary, from eClerx LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, for a cash consideration of US$1,639,121.40. The acquisition is intended to provide funds to eClerx LLC to meet its working capital requirements, and will result in eClerx holding approximately 2% equity shareholding in Personiv Eclipse Inc. directly, with the remaining approximately 98% held through eClerx LLC.
