Cube Highways Trust distributes Rs 509 crore, raises FY27 DPU guidance to Rs 15.50 per unit

Cube Highways Trust, managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, announced a distribution of Rs 3.79 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, totaling Rs 509 crore, comprising Rs 1.76 per unit as interest, Rs 0.32 per unit as dividend, and Rs 1.71 per unit as return of capital. The Trust reported revenue from operations of Rs 22,008 million, up 10.27% year-on-year, and increased its full-year FY27 DPU guidance to Rs 15.50 per unit from Rs 14.50 per unit, with a record date of October 31, 2026, and payout on or before November 6, 2026.
