Cube Highways Trust confirms no proceeds variation from Rs 50,000 million public issue

Cube Highways Trust, managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, reported no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its public issue of Rs 50,000 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 28, 2026. The filing, made pursuant to SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS -PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/102, relates to the conversion of Cube Highways Trust from a privately listed to a publicly listed Infrastructure Investment Trust.
