East India Drums & Barrels Manufacturing Limited informed the BSE Ltd that a meeting of the Board of Directors, previously scheduled for October 31, 2026, has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider and approve an Interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27.
