Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited allotted shares under its employee stock option scheme

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited announced the allotment of 1190 equity shares under the ‘ESOP – Prudent Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025’ (Grant -1) to eligible employees, with an exercise price of Rs 2,632 per share. The allotment increases the company’s share capital to Rs 20,70,39,350, comprising 4,14,07,870 equity shares, and follows in-principle approval from both the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for a pool of 16,50,000 equity shares.
