Vaibhav Global Limited allotted shares to its employee welfare trust, boosting equity capital

Vaibhav Global Limited announced the allotment of 39,489 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to “Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust” under various share-based employee benefit schemes on October 28, 2026, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 33,56,18,370 consisting of 16,78,09,185 equity shares.
