Power Grid Corporation to meet November 1st to review financials and potential dividend

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 1, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to declare a first interim dividend, if any, for the fiscal year 2026-27. The record date for the interim dividend, if declared, will be November 6, 2026, and the trading window for the company will remain closed from September 30, 2026, until November 3, 2026.
