Apollo Tyres Ltd. will hold a board meeting on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider fund raising by way of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through private placement, subject to shareholder approval. The trading window for the company's securities was closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until November 6, 2026.
