GIC Housing Finance Ltd. appointed Smt. Lavanya Mundayur (DIN 10884921) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Director), effective October 28, 2026, following a circular resolution by the Board of Directors. Smt. Mundayur, who currently serves as Chairman cum Managing Director of The New India Assurance Company Limited since September 30, 2026, previously held the same position at the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd., and has over three decades of experience in the insurance sector. She was nominated to the GIC Housing Finance Ltd. board by The New India Assurance Company Limited.
