Piramal Pharma Ltd share price gained 1.69% to Rs 198.45 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 107.25% to Rs 5.03 crore, while revenue from operations increased 15.29% to Rs 2617.06 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Pharmaceuticals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 27.44 lakh crore, easing 4.06%. It has improved by 3.17% over last one week and eased lower by 0.26% in last one month while the market capitalization of Piramal Pharma Ltd has marginally improved by 3.85% and 0.81% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Piramal Pharma Ltd stood at Rs 81.63 crore in Q3 FY26, tanking 276.76% year-on-year, and nosediving by 1194.24% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 313 crore, surging by 236.03% YoY and jumping 195.69% sequentially.
Total expenses posted a minor rise of 8.84% to Rs 2501.47 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 645.82 crore, contracting by 10.89% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 714.32 crore, inching up 5.73% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 3.08% to Rs 8869.08 crore, while net profit tumbled by 457.66% to Rs 325.94 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 132392% to Rs 708.32 crore, and PBT collapsed by 142.46% to Rs 176.06 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1652.6 crore in FY26, as against Rs 892.3 crore in FY25.
Piramal Pharma Ltd slipped 2.34% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.19% during the same period.
