The turnover of the demerged division for the financial year ended July 31, 2026, was Rs 0, representing approximately 0% of Tilak Ventures Limited’s total revenue, and the Resulting Company will allot equity shares to Tilak Ventures Limited shareholders in a 7:3 ratio. The move aims to achieve greater financial strength, maximize shareholder value, and enhance operational efficiency, and Tilak Jewels Limited intends to seek listing on the BSE Limited upon the scheme's effectiveness.
