Syngene announces management changes, including executive departures effective late October 2026

Syngene International Limited announced changes to its management team, including Subhendu Kumar and Priyaranjan Pattanaik transitioning from Senior Management Personnel (SMP) to Non-SMP categories effective October 27, 2026. Additionally, Ajay Tandon, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, will resign on October 30, 2026, and Deepak Jain, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, will be leaving the company to pursue opportunities outside Syngene, with a transition timeline to be mutually agreed upon.
