Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its overseas step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with JCM Summit Health Inc. for the acquisition of assets related to a dialysis center in Quezon City, Philippines. The value of the transaction exceeds the materiality threshold as defined by the company’s policy, and the consideration payable is not being disclosed due to its confidential and commercially sensitive nature.
