Investment Trust of India closes securities trading window per SEBI regulations

The Investment Trust of India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
