Wipro Limited allotted shares under multiple equity plans following employee stock option exercises

Wipro Limited announced on October 27, 2026, the allotment of 84,758 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, 21,168 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007, and 1,20,070 equity shares under the Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, following the exercise of employee stock options.
