ChemKart India Limited invests Rs 97,90,500 in Easy Raw Materials for manufacturing unit

CHEMKART INDIA LIMITED announced an investment of Rs 97,90,500 in Easy Raw Materials Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, through a rights issue, allotting 1,83,000 equity shares at Rs 53.50 each. The investment is part of the utilization of proceeds as specified in the company's prospectus dated July 10, 2025, towards commissioning of the manufacturing unit of the subsidiary company.
