DIC India Limited will hold a board meeting on November 3, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct for insider trading, which closed the trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
