Veer Global sets October 30, 2026, as record date for rights issue

Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited has set Friday, October 30, 2026, as the record date for a rights issue, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The decision was made by the Rights Issue Committee and aligns with Regulations 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and Regulation 68 of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, with arrangements made through NSDL and CDSL to credit rights entitlements to eligible shareholders’ demat accounts prior to the issue opening date.
