WSFx Global Pay Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,62,500 Employee Stock Options (ESOP) to eligible employees under the Wall Street Finance Limited – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018, effective October 27, 2026, covering 1,62,500 equity shares of Rs. 56.87 each.
