BGR Energy seeks to reclassify a shareholder from 'promoter' to 'public' category

BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS LIMITED informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the submission of an application to the exchanges for a No Objection Certificate regarding the re-classification of Mr. S K Sridhar from the 'promoter' category to a 'public' category shareholder, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
